	(1)生产工艺流程和设备布置


	生产车间的各种设备必须按产品要求的工艺流程合理排放,使各阶段的半成品,顺次流转。设备配置要考虑生产效率不同而进行生产能力的平衡,有的设备可能必须配置两台或多台,才能使生产线的生产能力得以平衡。从而设备的合理选配组合和生产场地的布置,必须根据产品和生产量来平衡综合考虑。
