	一、执行标准Application


	本产品按GB/T12706-2008生产，阻燃耐火电缆按照GB/19666-2005、GB/T12706-2008设计。


	二、用途Application


	本产品适用于35kV及以下电力输配电系统中、供输配电能之用。广泛应用于电力、建筑、工矿、冶金、石油化共、交通等部门，已完全代替了油浸纸绝缘电力电缆和部分替代了聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆。

	中国经济持续快速的增长,为线缆产品提供了巨大的市场空间,中国市场强烈的诱惑力,使得世界都把目光聚焦于中国市场,在改革开放短短的几十年,中国线缆制造业所形成的庞大生产能力让世界刮目相看。随着中国电力工业、数据通业、城市轨道交通业、汽车业以及造船等行业规模的不断扩大,对电线电缆的需求也将迅速增长,未来电线电缆业还有巨大的发展潜力。


	(1)生产工艺流程和设备布置


	生产车间的各种设备必须按产品要求的工艺流程合理排放,使各阶段的半成品,顺次流转。设备配置要考虑生产效率不同而进行生产能力的平衡,有的设备可能必须配置两台或多台,才能使生产线的生产能力得以平衡。从而设备的合理选配组合和生产场地的布置,必须根据产品和生产量来平衡综合考虑。


	(2)生产组织管理


	生产组织管理必须科学合理、周密准确、严格细致,操作者必须一丝不苟地按工艺要求执行,任何一个环节出现问题,都会影响工艺流程的通畅,影响产品的质量和交货。特别是多芯电缆,某一个线对或基本单元长度短了,或者质量出现问题,则整根电缆就会长度不够,造成报废。反之,如果某个单元长度过长,则必须锯去造成浪费


	3.低环境温度：


	（1）阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套：固定敷设-40 CEL；非固定铺设-15 CEL；


	（2）氟塑料绝缘和护套：固定敷设-60 CEL；非固定铺设-20 CEL；


	4.电缆敷设温度应确保高于0 CEL。


	5.防火性能：


	符合IEC 331规定GB12666.6

	6.敷设推荐的弯曲半径：非铠装，编织屏蔽电缆应不小于电缆直径的6倍；


	钢铠装电缆应不小于电缆直径的12倍；


	氟塑料绝缘和护套材料电缆应不小于电缆直径的8倍。


	电阻电缆用途：


	适用于石油，化工，冶金，电厂，输电站，高层建筑，地铁，隧道等要求使用的耐火性能。
