充油电缆的类型和产品表示

充油电缆的型号由产品系列的代码编号和电缆结构各部分的代码组成。自电容充油电缆产品系列CY。外护套结构

从内部到外部加固层和铠装层，外层代码组合。绝缘类型，导体材料，内部保护层和代号的布置

产品的顺序和表示与35kV及以下电力电缆相同。如CYZQ102 220/1×4表示铜芯绝缘，引线护套，

具有径向增强，无铠装，PVC护套，额定电压220kV，单芯和标称截面积400mm2的自电容充油电缆。

充油电缆外护套代码的含义

1.加强层：1代表2不锈钢铜的径向加强；径向加强3钢筋径向加固； 4个不锈钢，径向和窄不锈钢带

垂直加固。

2.装甲层：0装甲； 2条钢带铠甲； 4粗钢丝铠装。

三层外层：1.纤维层； 2 PVC护套； 3聚乙烯护套。

一、执行标准Application

本产品按GB/T12706-2008生产，阻燃耐火电缆按照GB/19666-2005、GB/T12706-2008设计。

二、用途Application

本产品适用于35kV及以下电力输配电系统中、供输配电能之用。广泛应用于电力、建筑、工矿、冶金、石油化共、交通等部门，已完全代替了油浸纸绝缘电力电缆和部分替代了聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆。
